CLIENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By scheduling an appointment with Greater Success, LLC (the “Service Provider”), operated by Gisselle Zuniga (the “RTT® Therapist”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from scheduling an appointment.

FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION

A free 30-minute online initial consultation may be offered to discuss the issues you wish to address and answer any questions about the services. No therapy will be provided during this consultation. The initial consultation may include an estimate of the number of sessions recommended based on the information provided. This estimate is a general guideline and subject to adjustment as necessary.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

Online Sessions: Payment for online sessions must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session start time. Failure to complete payment within this timeframe may result in the cancellation of the session, which may be offered to another client. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure payment is made in full to secure the booking.

In-Person Sessions: Sessions held at the Client’s workplace must be paid for at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time for locations within a 20-mile radius of Atlanta, Georgia. For sessions requiring public transportation, payment is due prior to scheduling transportation arrangements. The session may be cancelled if payment is not received by these deadlines. Any additional travel expenses will be disclosed prior to booking and are the Client’s responsibility.

CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & REFUNDS

Cancellation & Rescheduling:
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made via email or phone call as follows:

  • For online sessions, at least 24 hours in advance.

  • For in-person sessions within a 20-mile radius of Atlanta, at least 48 hours in advance.

  • For in-person sessions requiring travel beyond a 20-mile radius of Atlanta, at least 72 hours in advance.

If a client cancels within these timeframes or fails to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged, and no refunds will be provided.

Package and Prepaid Session Expiry:
Prepaid sessions or packages must be used within four months of purchase. Unused sessions after this period will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

Exceptional Circumstances:
In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. At the discretion of the Service Provider, the cancellation fee may be waived in certain situations.

Refunds:
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of in-person sessions within a 20-mile radius of Atlanta, 72 hours for in-person sessions beyond a 20-mile radius, or 24 hours of online sessions. For discount packages or programs, a pro-rata refund may be issued after deducting the standard session rate for attended sessions, along with a $50 processing fee per unused session. Refund requests must be made in writing to info@greater-success.com within two days of discontinuing services.

SESSION FEES & PAYMENT METHODS

Session Fees:
All fees will be disclosed prior to booking, and the Service Provider reserves the right to adjust fees periodically. Confirmation of fees will be provided before scheduling each session.

Payment Methods:
Payments can be made online via credit/debit card, PayPal™, or Revolut™.

IN-PERSON SESSION CONSIDERATIONS

The Service Provider is committed to maintaining confidentiality and privacy standards in all settings, including workplace sessions. However, workplace environments pose unique challenges to privacy. By scheduling sessions in a workplace, the Client acknowledges the following:

  1. Confidentiality: The Client is responsible for securing a private, interruption-free space for the session. Although the Service Provider will take reasonable steps to maintain confidentiality, the workplace environment may present privacy risks that are beyond the Service Provider’s control.

  2. Employer Consent: If sessions occur on company premises or during working hours, the Client is responsible for obtaining employer consent and arranging a suitable private space. The Service Provider is not liable for consequences arising from unauthorized workplace sessions.

  3. Session Termination Policy: The RTT® Therapist reserves the right to terminate or reschedule the session if the workspace is unsuitable due to lack of privacy, excessive noise, or interruptions.

  4. Travel Fees: Additional fees for travel time and expenses will apply for on-site sessions. These will be disclosed prior to scheduling the session.

  5. Emergency Protocol: In an emergency during a workplace session, the Client agrees to follow the workplace’s emergency procedures. The RTT® Therapist will have a plan for contacting relevant authorities as needed.

CONTACT BETWEEN SESSIONS

Contact between sessions is limited to telephone, email, or written correspondence during office hours (8 a.m. to 4 p.m. EST). Messages outside these hours will be addressed on the next business day.

MEDICAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL CONDITIONS

The RTT® Therapist may inquire about your medical history to identify any contraindications to therapy. Please inform the RTT® Therapist of any medical changes that may impact the therapy. The Service Provider will not provide services to clients with epilepsy or psychosis. If under the care of a healthcare provider, you may be asked to obtain permission before starting therapy.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

Clients must be at least 18 years old to participate in sessions independently. Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and will only be seen in person.

ATTENDING YOUR SESSIONS

Availability
Please ensure that you are available at your scheduled session start time. If you are running late, please inform the RTT® Therapist as soon as possible. The RTT® Therapist will make every effort to accommodate a full session; however, the ability to do so will depend on bookings following your session and cannot be guaranteed.

Hypnotherapy Recordings
Any hypnotherapy recordings provided are for the Client’s personal use only and should not be listened to while driving, operating machinery, or engaging in any activity requiring full concentration. Recordings must not be shared, lent, copied, or sold under any circumstances.

Outcome of Sessions
The Service Provider and RTT® Therapist make no guarantees regarding the resolution of any issues or goals presented by the Client. While the RTT® Therapist will apply their best efforts and skills to assist in achieving the Client’s goals, outcomes depend on various factors, including the Client’s participation and commitment. No specific outcome can be guaranteed.

Session Recordings
To enhance the quality of therapeutic services, all sessions may be recorded for professional development, supervision, or quality assurance. By participating, you consent to this recording policy. If you have concerns, please discuss them with the RTT® Therapist before the session. Recordings will be stored securely and managed in accordance with our privacy policy: https://www.greater-success.com/privacy-policy.

Standards of Behavior
During all sessions, the RTT® Therapist will treat the Client with respect and professionalism. The Client agrees to:

  • Refrain from self-harm, harm to others, or damage to any property.

  • Avoid attending sessions under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs, except for prescribed medications.

If a Client attends a session under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or displays violent or abusive behavior, the RTT® Therapist may terminate the session immediately and may refuse future sessions without refunding any previous payments.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All sessions, calls, and emails are confidential except in cases where:

  1. The Client provides written permission for information to be shared.

  2. Disclosure is required by law or a court order.

  3. There is a risk of harm to the Client or others.

  4. A healthcare provider requests information, and the Client consents to this release.

As part of maintaining high professional standards, aspects of sessions may be discussed in supervision using anonymized details.

LIABILITY & INDEMNITY

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Client agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Greater Success, LLC and Gisselle Zuniga from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the provision of services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The Client acknowledges that RTT® and hypnotherapy are not guaranteed to achieve specific outcomes and do not replace medical or psychological care. All participation in these services is voluntary and at the Client’s own risk.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions and any related matters are governed by the laws of Georgia. The Client agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Georgia for any disputes.

DATA PROTECTION

The Client’s personal data is managed in compliance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.greater-success.com/privacy-policy. By booking, the Client accepts the Privacy Policy’s terms.

CONCERNS & COMPLAINTS

If you have a concern or complaint, please contact Gisselle Zuniga directly. We aim to resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

STATEMENT OF UNDERSTANDING

By signing the Client Agreement, the Client acknowledges understanding of an agreement to these Terms and Conditions. This includes acknowledgment of the following:

  • No outcome is guaranteed, and services provided by Greater Success, LLC do not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

  • The Client is responsible for obtaining medical approval, if advised by the RTT® Therapist, before commencing therapy.

  • The Client’s active participation, including any assigned therapeutic tasks, is essential to the therapy process.

  • Information shared during sessions has been accurate and complete.
